Before you goWhen does my plan start?
Check the activation rule on your chosen plan. Some plans start when first connected to a supported network; others start on installation. Install within the stated installation window. Keep an internet connection available during setup.

You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device. The exact model and its original purchase region matter. Use the phone checker, then confirm with your manufacturer and home carrier.
Open related tool →Using your dataCan I share data with a hotspot?
Hotspot availability depends on the plan and device. Read the plan details before purchasing. Devices using your hotspot consume the same data allowance.
Using your dataCan I keep my WhatsApp number?
Keep your existing WhatsApp account registered to your usual number; a travel data connection does not require changing it. Avoid re-registering while abroad if you cannot receive verification on your home number.
Using your dataDoes a data eSIM include calls or SMS?
A data-only plan provides internet access, rather than a local voice or SMS number. Use internet calling and messaging apps. If you keep your home SIM enabled for calls or SMS, check your carrier’s roaming charges.
Using your dataWhich SIM should use data?
Select your travel eSIM as the mobile-data line. Enable roaming for that line if your installation instructions require it. Disable roaming and automatic data switching for your home line to reduce unintended home-carrier data usage.
TroubleshootingInstalled, but not connected?
Check that you are in a covered country, the eSIM line is enabled, mobile data uses that line, and the plan has not expired or run out. Follow your plan’s roaming and APN instructions. Toggle airplane mode, then restart if needed. Do not delete the eSIM as a troubleshooting step.
Open related tool →TroubleshootingMy QR code will not scan
Open your private installation details from your order or account. Display the QR on another screen or use the supported install link on the phone itself. Check whether the profile is already installed. Some installation codes cannot be reused.
Open related tool →Orders & dataHow do I check remaining data?
Sign in, open your eSIM and refresh usage. The account shows when supplier usage was checked; reporting may be delayed. Enable low-data emails in account notification settings to get a background warning at 20% or less remaining. Each successful top-up starts a new alert cycle.
Open related tool →Orders & dataCan I top up my current eSIM?
Open your eSIM in your account and choose View top-up options. Only supplier-compatible plans with current approved prices are offered. A successful top-up adds data to your installed profile; no new installation is needed. If none are available, a new catalog purchase creates a separate eSIM.
Open related tool →Orders & dataHow do I get help with a refund?
Contact support with your order ID and a description of the problem. Staff review the order and supplier outcome before deciding how to resolve it. This help article does not promise refund eligibility or replace the purchase terms.
Orders & dataWhere are my installation details?
Check your order page or sign in using the email used for purchase. Check spam for the delivery email. If payment completed but your order is still processing, contact support with the order ID. Never share your QR code or installation link publicly.
