Let’s get you connected.
Choose your phone for a step-by-step setup guide. Your plan’s installation instructions take priority.
- 01
Open cellular settings
Connect to Wi-Fi. Open Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data), then Add eSIM.
- 02
Install your profile
Choose Use QR Code and scan your private order QR from another screen. Follow the prompts, or use your supported installation link on this phone.
- 03
Choose your data line
Label the line Travel. Select it for Cellular Data. Turn off Allow Cellular Data Switching and home-line data roaming. Follow the plan’s travel-line roaming instructions.
- 04
Check once you arrive
In a covered destination, enable the travel line and test a web page with Wi-Fi off. Keep the installed profile if you need help; deleting it may prevent reuse.

Before you install
Check your device, plan activation rule and installation window. Open your private QR code from your order or account.
A few quick fixes.
If you’re not connected yet, work through these checks.
There is no Add eSIM option
Verify the exact model, original market and software version. Some regional variants do not support eSIM. Carrier unlocking alone does not add missing hardware support.
Check your phone →The installation code is rejected
Check whether the eSIM is already installed. Use the code from the correct order and connect to reliable Wi-Fi. Do not delete an installed profile or repeatedly reuse a rejected code; ask support to review it.
I can see the eSIM, but I have no data
Confirm your country is covered and the plan is active with remaining data. Enable the travel line and select it for mobile data. Follow its APN and roaming instructions. Toggle airplane mode, then restart if needed.
