No. eSIM Otter eSIMs are data-only. Keep your regular SIM on for calls and texts, and use apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime or Signal over your eSIM Otter data.
When should I install it?
Before you travel, while you’re on Wi-Fi. Then turn on the eSIM Otter line and data roaming for it when you arrive.
Can I use it on more than one phone?
No. An eSIM can be installed on one device. Buy one eSIM per phone.
I lost the email. Where is my eSIM?
Sign in with the email you used at checkout. All your eSIMs and their install codes are under My eSIMs.
What if my eSIM doesn’t arrive?
Most eSIMs arrive within seconds. If something goes wrong, our team is alerted automatically, and we’ll either deliver your eSIM or refund you.
